Experience
4+ years of being a service technician at London Drugs, with this I utilised problem-solving and judgement skills in troubleshooting, diagnosing and repairing complex hardware/software issues. I also communicate very well with customers making sure they are well versed in their device. I also collaborate very with team members any time that is necessary.

Aspirations
My goals for my future employment are ideally to become a system administrator, to find a team that I work really well with, I would love to be able to help people with their technology in any way I can. Finally, I hope that wherever I end up, I am able to have a family and be able to have a fantastic work/life balance, and to enjoy every aspect of my life.

I am an avid android fan, Google products are all over my house. I really enjoy teaching people about the complexities of their devices, and have always loved to tinker with devices that I am unfamiliar with to gain better knowledge of them.

I’ve been interested in Information technology since I was 13 when I took a class in high school. With this love I have started to dabble in micro-soldering, creating a mini PC and self-hosting a multitude of servers in my spare time.
